City Specifications

The design information that is included in this website is intended to provide guidance and standard design practices as it is not possible nor is it the intention of the City to anticipate every situation. The City plans to review and revise design information as needed. The City of Huntington maintains its right to accept or refuse any design submission and requires an acceptable design for any given circumstance. All work that is performed on City utilities or within the City's Right of Way must first obtain a permit from the City Engineers Office.
