Prosecuting Attorney


Mission: This office represents the State of Indiana by prosecuting persons who have committed crimes in Huntington County. We also provide advocacy for victims of crime in our community.
 
We offer additional services through our Child Support Division. This division collects past due child support owed to a custodial parent of a child and collection of child support due to the State of Indiana through Aid for Dependent Children.

  • Restitution Collection in Criminal Cases
  • Victim Advocate Services for victims of crime
  • Prosecution of persons committing crimes
  • Collection of back, due, and current child support in AFDC and non-AFDC cases.
