Inmate Property

Inmates can only release property they were arrested with (i.e. Phone, Wallet, Jewelry, etc.).

Clothing and money will not be released

Items accumulated while incarcerated will not be released. Items will need to mail out these items at their expense.

If you are picking up an inmates personal property, you must bring a valid state-issued ID or driver's license.

No property will be accepted into the facility, with the exception of one set of clothes for a jury trial.

When an inmate is transported to the Indiana Department of Corrections, the inmate will fill out a form stating who is allowed to pick up their property. If the inmate leaves the form blank, only the inmate can pick up the property.

We will only hold property for 30 days past their release date. After that, the property will be disposed of.
