On June 11, 2007, the Huntington Circuit Court and the Huntington Superior Court issued the following joint Order:

 

"Cellular phones shall not be taken into the Huntington Circuit Courtroom or the Huntington Superior Courtroom.  Any person found with a cellular phone in the Huntington Circuit Courtroom or the Huntington Superior Courtroom shall have the phone confiscated and be subject to being held in contempt for violation of this Court Order.

 

The cellular phone will be held for evidence until the contempt hearing is held and finalized."
