UPDATE 9:07 PM -- Water service has been restored downtown. The downtown area is under a boil advisory, and all affected locations have been notified directly. Streets should reopen within the hour as crews finish up. A big thank-you goes out to all the workers who put in the long hours on today's holiday to fix the water main breaks!
